Excellent Stay in Central Location
excellent entrance comfortable bed attentive service late check-out
The hotel entrance and lobby made a strong first impression check-in was quick with welcome drinks. The room was well-furnished and maintained kempinski beds provided excellent comfort. Breakfast offered variety and attentive service from the staff was noticeable. They accommodated a late check-out upon request a nice convenience for travel plans.
The room had limited natural light due to its location within the building.

The staff were helpful and professional at all times assisting with directions and recommendations. The concierge service was efficient in arranging transportation to local attractions. Turn-down service was provided each evening with attention to detail.

The hotel's location is very central to many attractions including shopping and historical sites. Public transport options are easily accessible with bus and train stops a short walk away. Several restaurants and cafes are nearby a nice option for exploring.

adequate stay, but some drawbacks.
expensive water small rooms
I found the minibar prices excessive. A small pellegrino water cost 10 euros. our rooms felt quite small, not ideal for stays longer than a night. additionally, arranged for our car from the parking required a 30-minute advance notice, a considerable inconvenience. it made accessing items from the car quite difficult.
